By the purchase of an own boat of the mark Rio and by the statement that,
contrary to other classical boat marks such as Riva, no association cared for
this mark, it hardly to get more information and pictures about the individual models
as well as by the participation in Teffen of other marks, the idea was born,
for a possibly still existing Rio municipality to found also a first association too.
This project applies not only to Germany, but to the entire internationalen
Area too.
It is not admitrd how many open motorboats from Mahagoni on the famous
yard " Avionautica Boat Works OF Sarnico " Northitalia were manufactured.
There are not even estimations how many copies world-wide still exists.
Beginning of the seventies no more boats were produced with wooden hulls.
More still: The original yard is with all documents, very important tool tools
completely burned out.
Now it is a compelling requirement of the hour, to found also for Rio boats an institution for technical
support and retaining of the still existing existence of Rio boats.
Because so far world-wide nobody took up this actually which is obvious thought,
became it now time that into the ways to finally lead here and now.
It is necessary to take an exactly inventory of these time-historical certifications;
for this purpose all for this necessary facts becomes from owners and members
investigated and made available. In this way an overview does not only become über
